Registration, returns, refunds, audits and anti-evasion defence: the full indirect-tax function under one partner-led roof.
GST touches every invoice, and every mismatch is a future notice. We run registration, returns and refunds with discipline, handle classification and place-of-supply questions before they become disputes, and defend audits and anti-evasion proceedings when the department comes calling.
New, multi-state and ISD registrations structured to your operating model.
GSTR-1, 3B and annual returns with 2A/2B reconciliation that protects input credit.
Export, inverted-duty and LUT refund claims prepared and pursued.
HSN classification, place-of-supply and input-tax-credit positions documented.
Departmental audit and scrutiny responses with the reconciliation built.
Show-cause defence, DRC-03 strategy and anti-evasion representation.
We structure registration and the compliance calendar to your model.
We file, reconcile and protect input credit month on month.
We pursue the refunds you are entitled to, with the file built.
We meet audit, scrutiny and anti-evasion action with a prepared record.
We file as if every return will be read back to us, because under anti-evasion scrutiny, it will be.
Anti-evasion units of the CGST commissionerates and the DGGI issue summons under section 70 of the CGST Act to record statements and call for documents. A statement given under summons is evidence and is hard to withdraw later, so preparation matters more than speed. Voluntary payments in Form DRC-03 during an inquiry can reduce penalties but should be made on a considered view of the liability. See DGGI summons: what to do.
Disputes are handled by our GST litigation practice. For how to answer a notice, see replying to a DRC-01.
